Larissa Trelles, LACMH, NCC
Larissa has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in multiple settings such as communities, schools, and private practice. She can offer psychotherapy services in English and Spanish. Larissa adapts her work to clients’ individual needs and creates a safe space for clients to process their life experiences. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, strength-based, and revolves around building rapport and a trusting relationship by working with clients to allow them to understand their own stories. Larissa’s therapy specialties range from anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger management, coping skills, and self-esteem.
In her free time, Larissa enjoys drawing, painting, taking walks, traveling, and spending time with her significant other and her goldendoodle. Her love for food translates into her cooking and finding unique food destinations during her travels. Taking time to recharge and relax is one of Larissa’s priorities to ensure she can be truly present in all her life facets.
