Kara Back has a long history with a wide variety of clinical experience in different settings.  She spent two years at an in-patient Cardiac Stepdown Unit and three years working in the CTICU at Beebe Medical Center.

While working in Beebe’s ICU settings Kara thrived in most critical care areas and self-describes as passionate about assisting with intubation and line placement, CRRT therapy, post-op CABG patients, neurosurgery, and precepting new graduate nurses.

Kara is compassionate and caring.  She is dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and in a detail-oriented manner that leaves her patients with very few questions left uncovered.
