Ted Kouzov, MD
Family Medicine physician with expertise across multiple specialties and a focus on holistic health and preventative care. Fluent in English and Bulgarian, Dr. Kouzov is passionate about helping patients live longer, healthier lives through proactive wellness.

Roland Zhang, MD
Board-certified Family Medicine physician who provides evidence-based care for patients of all ages, with a particular passion for men’s health. Dr. Zhang takes a collaborative approach to design individualized care plans that are effective and sustainable.Jessica Parcher, DNP, FNP-C
Jessica is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  She is passionate about building a rapport with patients to guide and motivate them towards positive outcomes.

Dallas Jackson, MSN, FNP-C
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in surgery, pediatrics, and family medicine. Dallas is passionate about preventative medicine and family-centered care, bringing a compassionate approach to every patient she sees.
