Lenora enjoys motivating and empowering female clients towards developing healthy coping skills, and to overcome family conflicts. She has worked with diverse populations with a clinical approach. Lenora enjoys seeing clients for who they are and the goals that they wish to obtain, this has enabled her to be successful as a therapist. She believes it is important to take care of yourself first, prior to helping others, she is person centered and solution focused therapist.
Lenora has experience with treating survivors with abuse, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, addiction dual diagnosis, depression, PTSD and domestic violence, self-esteem, self-love and self-doubt, seasonal grief, stress, worthlessness, inform trauma and women issues.
Lenora’s clinical approach are Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
