Nicholas Rampey, LACMH

“Nick” is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. He works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional regulation concerns, religious/spiritual struggles, and other mental health challenges. Nick believes meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, consistency, and genuine connection.
His counseling approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths. Nick strives to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Nick earned his Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS). He approaches counseling with humility, empathy, and grace, while also valuing and working respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds and beliefs.
Nick, a Northern Virginia native, now enjoys the quiet coastal life. Outside of counseling, he enjoys spending time at the beach, finding good food, and playing (mediocre) golf.
