AGS causes an allergy to mammalian meat due to lone star tick bites, presenting symptoms such as hives and gastrointestinal distress. New Illicit Drug Hitting the Streets: Medetomidine

Delaware’s Opioid Response Team (ORT) has issued a warning about a new illicit drug, medetomidine, a potent veterinary tranquilizer more powerful than xylazine. Not approved for human use, medetomidine can cause significant sedation, low heart rate, and, in extreme cases, central nervous system depression and death.
